Genesis 3:6 (KJV)&nbsp;Many countries, homes, businesses and churches have made shipwreck mainly because of poor or bad decisions. Companies have shut down and homes have been broken just because someone lacked keen insight and sharpness and made a foolish decision.Our opening verse shows us Eve, whom the serpent had come to deceive. She assessed the fruit and made a decision based on her observations; she saw that the fruit was good to eat and she gave to her husband, and that was the fall of man. The woman was gullible with little or no spiritual acumen or insight, and from that position or condition, she made a decision that cost man(both male and female) his dominion and glory. Such has been the story of many people in their homes, marriages, relationships, careers, businesses, or ministries. They've lacked the ability to make good judgements and made a mess of their lives. This is why it is important that you improve your spiritual acumen.A new creation ought to be sagacious, shrewd, and wise. You are to be sensitive to the leading of God's Spirit always. This is the reason why it's important for you to fast frequently and speak in other tongues everyday so that you can stir up the wisdom of God on the inside of you. It is through fasting that you can improve your effectiveness in the things of the spirit. This plainly means, fasting helps your spirit gain mastery over the flesh. The Word teaches us to walk in the spirit always, which means to be led and controlled by the Spirit and alive to divine spiritual realities. Fasting is also one of the ways to sharpen your sensitivity to the Spirit. You get to sharpen your ability to hear from God. This is needful because &nbsp;you need to hear from God to receive clear direction and instructions for each day that will position you in perfect alignment with the plans and purpose of the Spirit of God for you.&nbsp;While we are in the month of Divine Alignment, it is needful that you take time to fast and pray so that you can improve your spiritual acumen, stay ahead of situations, make general improvements in your life and prepare for a greater and brighter future. It is by the instrumentality of prayer that our eyes open and can align with God’s will and timing. Don't neglect speaking in tongues. If you're not yet speaking in tongues, ask your pastor to pray for you and receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost.Confession:I'm sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit, I'm sagacious and therefore I make wise decisions concerning every area of my life. Improve Your Spiritual Acumen

"Then said Boaz unto Ruth, Hearest thou not, my daughter? Go not to glean in another field, neither go from hence, but abide here fast by my maidens." Ruth 2:8 (KJV) Many of us are familiar with the story of Ruth the Moabitess, Naomi's daughter in-law who followed her mother in-law leaving her land and family behind. Ruth is an example of a humble, contrite woman of God. She displayed constancy and unfeigned loyalty. When she and Naomi got to Bethlehem it was in the beginning of barley harvest, so Ruth decided to glean ears of corn. She came to a certain field that belonged to a man called Boaz. When this man saw her, he inquired or asked about her from his workers. Boaz started talking to her and showed her kindness. Our opening verse shows us one of the things he said to her, "...do not glean in another field or leave this one, but stay close by my maidens." This was a clear instruction that Boaz gave to Ruth, an instruction that if she didn't follow would have made her miss what God had in store for her. Verse 28 of the same chapter tells us that Ruth kept close to the maidens of Boaz, gleaning until the end of the barley and wheat harvests. Ruth could have grown tired of gleaning in the same field and following the maidens of Boaz for the whole harvest season. She could have decided to explore another field, and just maybe someone there would show her kindness. But she didn't go to any other field she remained where she was told to remain and gleaned until the end of the harvest.&nbsp;You see, some of us aren't as patient and constant like Ruth. The Lord might have told us to be in a particular place for a certain period of time to do something there, but because we have gotten tired of the wait or met with unpleasant circumstances, we decide to leave. &nbsp;We become impatient, and wonder how it would be like to glean in another field or just perhaps we could heap up more than what we are getting where we are. Unknowingly, we leave our placement and purpose. We leave God's perfect will for our lives and miss what God has in store for us. If Ruth didn't keep fast to the maidens of Boaz and gleaned in his field, she would have missed her blessing. She would have missed the opportunity of favor and grace and could have never had Boaz marry her. Because of her patience, constancy and faithfulness, she became a part of the genealogy of Christ, although she was a stranger and a foreigner; even though her pursuit wasn't marriage, but to serve and remain with her mother in-law; she had to keep her word.Where is it that God has called you to? Has He told you not to go anywhere else, but remain where you are, and just maybe you don't even know what the end will be like? Are you becoming a little bit impatient and maybe you're beginning to wonder how gleaning in another field would be like? Are you in a job, business field, church, neighborhood or marriage where you believe God has led you to and instructed you to remain and not go else where? If so, I encourage you to remain there because the safest place you could ever be in is in God's perfect will. Just like Boaz warned or charged his young men not to bother Ruth, so has God charged the devil and his cohorts not to come near you; they've got nothing on you, for you are safe in Him. You must therefore remain where God has called you to be for there is blessedness in doing so and therein is God's best for you.Prayer:Dear Father, I thank you for you know the thoughts you have towards me, they're thoughts not to harm me, but thoughts to give me peace and an expected end. As I remain where you've called me to, as I remain in my placement and purpose I trust that you perfect all that concerns me. I &nbsp;pay close attention to the voice of the Holy Spirit and follow His leading as He leads me in your perfect will and cause me to inherit substance. Luke 5:5 (KJV) Many people have had failures in their lives in one area or the other; almost everyone has experienced a season of dryness and unfruitfulness even when they have done all that they were supposed to do. Our opening verse tells us of Simon, who later becomes known as Peter, a fisherman who became the Lord Jesus' disciple. Now, Peter was a seasoned fisherman; he had been in the business for sometime, but the day he had an encounter with the Master, he was experiencing a dry season; he had toiled all night and had made no catch. He and his men were washing their nets and getting ready to leave empty handed and disappointed.Prior to them preparing to leave, the Lord Jesus had ask to use Peter's boat to preach. When the Lord Jesus had finished preaching, they got ready to call it a day; a day of defeat and unfruitfulness. They were ready to head on home to their families frustrated and all worked up with no catch for the day. That day meant they had lost and had suffered a deficit. I bet many of us have felt that way. It just didn't matter how much effort we put in, but still no catch! However, there was a turn of events; something Simon Peter was not expecting at all. In the fourth verse just when they were about to take their leave, the Lord Jesus told Peter to launch their nets into the deep to catch fish. In our opening verse we see him responding to the Lord Jesus' instruction.&nbsp;It didn't matter to Peter how long they had toiled without any results, but he was willing to give it another try because Jesus had said so. He could have refused because of the fear of failing again, but he chose to have confidence and total dependence on Jesus and His Word. When he did as the Lord had told him, they caught a multitude of fish so much so that their nets couldn't hold them. So many people have gone through seasons of failure, unfruitfulness, heartache and disappointment to the point where they don't want to give it another try. They've toiled for years trying to make their careers, marriages, businesses, or ministries to work but failed. They've been heartbroken and disappointed time and again with nothing to show for their hard work and investments of love and time.&nbsp;Perhaps you've been trying out for a job, a business deal, a baby, or that particular academic module or even a relationship, but yet no pleasant results throughout the years. I want to encourage you today not to put away your nets as yet but to act on God's Word and launch into the deep for a catch by faith. Don't walk away just yet, the Lord Jesus gives you an instruction today to give it another shot, this time it is at His command and it will work. You see, faith acts on the Word intentionally with the determination to see it produce results. A believer acts on God's Word by faith regardless of past failures and defeat. When you put the Word of God to work you're sure to get results. Listen to what the Holy Spirit has to say concerning that situation you've been struggling with for years, and do what He tells you by faith; you're sure to come out victorious. It's not too late, you can still have a victorious start and end to the year.Prayer:&nbsp;Dear Father, I thank you for your love and kindness towards me. I thank you because your Word is true for my life and I can have full confidence in its efficacy. Daddy at your Word today, I launch into the deep and cast my nets again regardless of the toiling. I put your Word to work in my life and I act on it by faith expecting a turn around in any situation that has proven to be a failure in the past. I rise up with faith in my heart believing every word concerning me and I lay hold of the glorious life of victory, prosperity, and peace you've destined me to live, in Jesus' Name. Faith Acts On The Word!

“For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which He saith shall come to pass; He shall have whatsoever He saith.” Mark 11:23 (KJV).It is important to note that the Word of God gives us vocabulary in prayer and in our speech. We use the Word to address situations when we exercise our authority in Christ. Our faith-filled declarations and affirmations aren’t just positive words, but God’s Word.&nbsp;We draw inspiration from the Word and we boldly say whatever it is that we say because God has said it in His Word (Hebrews 13:5-6). In our opening verse, we see the Lord Jesus &nbsp;underscoring the importance and power of words or faith; &nbsp;He shows us that our affirmations or declarations shall become our testimony or experience. He says that if we believe in the things that we say, we will have whatever we say. He’s not just talking about empty words, but words spoken out of faith drawn from the Word, and when you speak, the Holy Spirit charges those words with life; they are inundated with power and life enough to effect a change. This is about personalizing the Word, for instance you could say “When the LORD turned things around and caused them to work out for my good, I was like one who was dreaming [it seemed so unreal]. Then was my mouth filled with laughter, and my tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for her. The LORD hath done great things for me; whereof I am glad.” (Psalm 126:1-3) or “I am like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth its fruit in its season; my leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever I &nbsp;do shall prosper.” (Psalm 1:3). I do this all the time and I’ve been having what I’ve been declaring.&nbsp;A new creation doesn’t just speak positively but he/she speaks the Word; his/her affirmations are from the Word. You affirm what God has said in His Word and speak in agreement with it. This is how your affirmations will become your testimonies; you will have whatsoever you say! Get the Word of God in your mouth, let it not depart from your lips but meditate on it day and night so that you can make your way prosperous and have good success(Joshua 1:8). Your next higher life experience is on your mouth; it’s on your tongue. What have you been declaring or affirming ? Are those things that you’ve been saying a result of what God has said? If not, you need to look into the Word and align your speech and thinking with the Word. Don’t stop talking it, keep saying it day and night! Personalize the Word, put your name there and let your affirmations be your testimony!Confession:I affirm that I am making progress with giant strides; I am overcoming the world and its systems and nothing shall be impossible to me. I declare that with the Word in my &nbsp;mouth and faith in my &nbsp;heart, I am unstoppable for my affirmations shall become my testimony, in the Name of Jesus! Glory to God! Faith Affirmations

”And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti.” Esther 2:17 (KJV)I know that many of us know the story of Esther and how she became queen replacing Vashti. Esther lived in ancient Persia about 100 years after the Babylonian captivity. When Esther's parents died, the orphaned child was adopted and raised by her older cousin Mordecai. There wasn't really much to tell about her, but even if that was the case God had destined her for greatness. There was just something amazing about this woman and it made her stand out from all other women who had the hope of becoming queen. There was so much more to Esther becoming a queen than she could have thought; there were destinies tied to her destiny.&nbsp;Our opening verse tells us how the king loved Esther above all the women who were there because she had found grace and favor in his sight. Esther had first found grace and favor in the sight of God. &nbsp;This grace and favor caused her to stand out from the many hopeful women who had appeared before the king. Regardless of her family background, she was the one that the king chose and crowned queen. This is what the grace and favor of God do in your life. &nbsp;This is what happens when God’s Grace is speaking for you; You get to stand out from the rest!As a child of God, you are one who has found grace and favor with God causing you to be distinguished with excellence and character. Because of God's grace and favor, you will always be ahead of your equals. God's grace and favor will take you from the back of the line to the forefront. Walk with the consciousness of the one who has found favor and grace with God. You are never at a disadvantage or ever going to be overlooked because grace will always speak for you.You will never be able to function in the full capacity of your ministry to the Lord ; to others ; &nbsp;and in defeating the powers of the enemy, unless you understand the dynamics of God’s Grace. The understanding of God’s Grace enables the Holy Spirit to be released in full potential in your life.&nbsp;Grace is unveiled as the fifth gift in a list of 'the Seven Gifts of God in Christ Jesus.
